Visa Bangladesh procedure

1. Document for turist visa:

• Copy of passport (valid at least 6 months);
• 2 photos 3,5 x 4,5cm (white background, in within 6 months);
• Application form for visa Bangladesh;
• Copy of National ID Card;
• Invitation letter to Bangladesh (Please contact BBS for support);

2. Document for business visa:

In case of entity Board of management:

• Copy of entity certificate;

In case of employee:

• Copy of labor contract;
• Decision of compnay for the visiting;

In case of student:

• Absent application form with approval from the school;

3. Other document:

• Hotel booking;
• Tow way return flight booking ticket; 
• Guarranty letter from Viet Nam entity (may apply)

II. Procedure to apply for visa Bangladesh 

Step 1: Preparation document

Need to prepare all documents as above check list.

Bước 2: Submit application

Submit to Bangladsh embassy in Ha Noi, address: Villa D6B05 Vuon Dao Ngõ, No.675 Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho District, Ha Noi City.

► Note: Working time to submit from 09:00 – 12:00, from Monday to Friday (Except public holiday).

Embassy officer will receive application and note in record-book (including name and mobile phone).

He/she will give instruction to deposite visa fee to the embassy bank account (Vietcombank).

After dsposite and submid the bank slip, embassy will provide the Receipt note to return the visa

If not in Ha Noi, you can send document and apply/receive throught post office service.

Step 3: Receive visa Bangladesh

There is no specific time period for approve visa, normal it takes 7-15days (or more). Embassy will call for the result.

Time to return visa form 3:30pm – 5:00pm in normal weekly working days.
